Residential Parking Permits

Residents of certain areas of Red Bank are eligible to apply for a “Residential Parking Permit.”  A vehicle bearing a Residential Permit will not be subject to the posted time limits in that residential zone (except during snow and other emergency restrictions).  Applications are available in the Parking Utility Office at 75 Chestnut Street.  Residents applying for a Residential Permit will be required to prove they are a bona fide resident of the street for which the application is made and that they have legal title or right to possession of the vehicle being registered.   There is no charge for the permit.  For details on the Residential Parking Permit ordinance, please see the Section 680-3, Item I (letter i) using the following link:   http://www.ecode360.com/14164071. To see if your street falls in a Residential Parking Zone, please see Schedule XIX:   http://www.ecode360.com/14164154.   For more information, please contact the Parking Utility at 732-345-8135.
