DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC UTILITIES – The Borough of Red Bank seeks experienced professional to plan, supervise, organize, and direct the activities of a busy public works department including but not limited to: maintenance of municipal roadways, public buildings and grounds, vehicle/fleet maintenance, recycling program, parking facilities, athletic field & parks maintenance, solid waste collection, storm water maintenance, and water utility operation. Candidate must have a minimum of ten years work experience in the Department of Public Works and a minimum of five years supervisory experience in public works, must possess excellent administrative and organizational skills in budgeting, capital planning, and personnel management. Desired candidate must be detail oriented, personable, and able to simultaneously handle multiple operations and priorities. Must Possess Certified Public Works Manager Certification and preferred candidates will possess    T-3 Water Operator License. DIRECTOR OF PARKS & RECREATION -  The Borough of Red Bank seeks candidates for full time position of Parks & Recreation Director. Preferred candidates shall possess a bachelor’s degree in parks and/or recreation management, public administration, or related field, and/or have a minimum of 3 years experience as a director, assistant to the director, or supervisor of parks and recreation programs for a comparable municipality or county employer. Applicant must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills and excellent written, verbal, and computer skills. Evening and weekend hours will be required to facilitate meetings and program supervision. Salary negotiable dependent upon qualifications and experience.
