Mayor's Message
In an age and a climate that makes it all too simple to criticize those charged with the care of our students, I am pleased to announce that Red Bank on June 28th honored individuals selected by their peers as the best educators in Red Bank. The Council and I presented commendations to the following individuals: Dr. Andrea Solange Fontenez of our Primary School; Kathleen Doherty of our Middle School; Rebecca Dorn of our Charter School, and Andrew Forrest of Red Bank Regional High School. They represent the best and the brightest and we are so proud of them. Keep up the good work.

I also congratulate all our students in Red Bank for a job well done this year.

I have fielded messages from many parents who have inquired about a lack of public presence in a private school. I would be pleased to support their achievements but the initiative for participation by me in public events at private institutions must come from the administration of the private school. It would not be proper to participate without an invitation.
