The Borough of Red Bank will be hosting the annual National Night Out celebration on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 starting at 6 p.m. at Count Basie Field. This year's new location includes a cook out, a dunk tank, music, games and giveaways. Various community groups and organizations will also be present to explain their services and activities. The evening will conclude with an outdoor screening of "The Lego Movie 2" starting at dusk.
National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live. National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
