The Borough of Red Bank has been informed that Jersey Central Power & Light crews are in town working to restore power service. Crews have planned a forced power outage in the area of Prospect Avenue starting on July 24, 2019, 6:30 p.m., in an effort to restore remaining Red Bank customers without power. The outage may last up to 24 hours. This outage is necessary in order to de-energize downed lines, remove fallen trees, re-install utility poles, and place new power lines in service.
