The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Bureau of Water System Engineering has notified the Borough of Red Bank that it has completed a technical review of the Borough’s Lead and Copper Sampling Plan with revisions dated June 21, 2019 and has determined that the submitted plan demonstrates compliance with the requirements of US EPA requirements The plan provides additional water quality analysis of certain residential properties to determine whether there is a potential for lead and or copper from plumbing materials within the homes entering the water supply.
