The Borough of Red Bank will host the annual Halloween Parade on Sunday, October 20, 2019. Lineup will begin at 1 pm at Irving Place & Arthur Place. The Parade will kick off at 2 pm travelling down Broad Street and ending in the White Street Parking Lot. Roads along the route will be temporarily closed but reopen as the parade passes. The White Street Parking Lot will be closed until 4 pm. If the parade is postponed in the event of rain, an announcement with more information will be posted on www.redbanknj.org
