The Monmouth County Regional Health Commission No. 1 will be offering free flu shots to anyone donating canned goods or pet food items at a clinic to be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 4 to 7 pm.  The clinic will be held at their Tinton Falls Offices located at 1540 W. Park Avenue, Suite 1.  The clinic is open to those 12 years or older and no appointment is necessary.  Canned goods will be donated to a local food pantry and pet food items will be donated to an animal shelter.  For more information, please call 732-493-9520 or visit www.mcrhc.org.
