The official State and County reporting by the New Jersey Department of Health is available on the New Jersey COVID-19 Dashboard at https://www.state.nj.us/health/cd/topics/covid2019_dashboard.shtml

  • The Borough of Red Bank Municipal Building will remain closed to the public through May 31, 2020.  All municipal employees continue to report to work and are serving the public by telephone, e-mail, regular mail or fax. Visit the Borough website at www.redbanknj.org for contact information for various municipal offices and employees as well as online services.
  • The next regularly scheduled Council meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, 6:30 p.m.  Because of the restrictions on public gatherings that impact the ability of the Borough of Red Bank to meet in the traditional manner of gathering at the municipal building, the Mayor & Council will conduct this meeting using electronic means that will allow for the public to participate.  Participation information is published on the Borough website (www.redbanknj.org).  The Agenda has been published at https://www.redbanknj.org/AgendaCenter
  • New Jersey Governor Philip Murphy has issued several additional Executive Orders concerning the pandemic. To view these orders, visit https://nj.gov/infobank/eo/056murphy/approved/eo_archive.html
  • On May 13, 2020, Governor Murphy signed Executive Order #142 permitting resumption of non-essential construction, curbside pickup at non-essential retail businesses, and gatherings in cars effective Monday, May 18, 2020.  In an effort to assist with the implementation of the guidelines in this Executive Order, Borough officials are creating designated curbside pickup zones in on-street parking stalls to facilitate safe and quick transaction of business.  Zones will be delineated with cones and signs.  The zones will be numbered so customers can provide that information to the business by telephone or text message.  More information and a map will be published on the Borough website.
  • Parks remain open but only for passive recreational use with proper social distancing.  Executive Order #133 restricts parking capacity and prohibits organized/group activities, and team sports.  Face coverings are required when social distancing is difficult to maintain.
  • Monmouth County ACTS has published a Community Resource Guide in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to provide assistance for seniors in a wide range of information and contacts for food delivery, pharmacies, caregiver support, financial assistance and so much more.  The COVID-10 Community Resource Guide is available on www.MonmouthACTS.org/covid19
