NOTICE OF IRVING PLACE HISTORIC DISTRICT DESIGNATION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE That the Historic Preservation Commission of the Borough of Red Bank will consider the nomination of properties on Irving Place as a local Historic District, at its regular meeting on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 7:00 PM, in the 1^st Floor Council Chambers of Borough Hall, 90 Monmouth Street, Red Bank, New Jersey.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that in accordance with Red Bank Planning and Development Regulations §490-55(E), formal historic district nomination by the Commission at a public hearing will be referred to the Planning Board and the Governing Body for official designation as a local Historic District.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all information on the Historic Preservation Ordinance, the Historic Preservation Commission and the properties in question are available from the Red Bank Planning and Zoning Department on the 3^rd Floor of 90 Monmouth Street. A copy of the Nomination Report is available for public inspection at the office the Planning and Zoning. Office hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mondays to Thursdays and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Fridays.
