 The Borough is administering the second phase of the Test Pit program to determine all remaining water service line material throughout the Borough. Test pitting will be taking place on specified addresses throughout the East Side. Pitting is expected to be completed by 1st quarter of 2025. Please note West Side addresses have been completed.  

During this phase, workers will be cutting curb boxes. The concrete will be cut, but all areas will be completely passable when the cutting is complete. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic will not be affected.
