Some permit parking spaces are restricted to permit holders, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the following lots:
- Gold Street
- Union Street
- White Street
After 2 p.m. these permit spaces become metered parking open to the public. All meters and kiosks accept coins, credit cards and mobile app payments. It is illegal to put anything other than these coins in a meter, or to tamper with a meter in anyway.
